I had Hughesnet installed 12-11-06. Tech installed tested and told me speed would pick up after it finished downloading files. I did all kinds of speed test, to no avail. I called Tech Support and went through evry step. Transferred to tier 4 Tech support and waited 3 days for them to call. Was told by Tier 4 Tech support nothing more they could do. Speed is 650 down 40 up. Tried to cancel service since 30 days not up. Hughesnet told me that I would have to go to direct dealer where it was purchased, McDish LLC. I called them and they refuse to return money I paid for it $571.00. Then offered me $200 as a refund. He sent Tech back out to check dish. He reset cross pol, tested it. Speed was 450 down 120 up. 2 minutes after he left it fell back down to 358 down 39 up. Called Hughes back put on hold then hung up on. Any suggestions?
