Some time ago my daughter Anne purchased for my birthday a telephone watch. She is a techno wiz type of lady. Anyway the watch which was purchased on ebay arrived but was faulty. After many days of fiddling with it and not being able to get it to work I contacted the seller or manufacturer in China who told me to return it and they would replace it. I returned it by registered mail as requested but they have not acknowledged receiving it and seem reluctant to replying to my emails. I think they hope I will go away if they do not reply to my emails. They said they will replace it but it has been 6th July they received it and 12th August still no reply or watch. It is now not only the watch but the principle of the matter and Chinese manufacturers who don’t stand by their products. Since then I had many contacts with a lady called Sabrina and even telephoned her and was assured the faulty item would be replaced. It was never replaced and despite many many emails and several telephone calls nothing has ever been done to replace the faulty watch. Barry
