I placed an order with Personal Creations on Dec. 6th just so I can receive it by Dec 23rd. I tried to contact customer service via email, six times, only to receive automated responses that were of no use to me. When I tried another four times by phone, I got a busy tone, ALL DAY LONG, even at 11pm and midnight because I am up late. On one day, I was able to speak to a rep who told me that my order was to ship that day, Dec. 15th, only to find out that IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED! I WAS LIED TO AND TODAY IS DEC. 19th, and nothing has been shipped yet.
I need these items by the 23rd because I am going away and wanted to give them as presents to friends and family, which I did tell the rep, but as time goes by, I realize that they do not give a damn about their customers. Also of today, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY!
If you are a customer who looks for great customer service from a store, efficiency, and effectiveness, and satisfaction, PERSONAL CREATIONS IS NOT THE STORE FOR YOU! You will be 100% DISSAPPOINTED! I am and I am sure you will be TOO!
