I can't beleive that my "coverage" is considered good if I can use my cell outside my home but NOT INSIDE! I've gone thru the reprogramming numerous times to locate the latest towers. I've been told over and over again that they are upgrading our area. It's only gotten worse. I constantly have vm when I'm at home, because my phone never rings. I even inquired about this before I came under contract. I was told if I purchased a Tri-Mode phone that I wouldn't have any problems.
I wish to cancel the remainder of my contract without incurring any penelties or negative activity on my credit report.
