I can start by saying when I got the phone I was told about the warranty and all it would cover. Also the coverage area is what I was really concerned with on -yes we cover that area showed me on the map however it didn, t work in my home area that was 1. Then the phone quit working answer I'll cut to the chase they wouldn't fix the phone I'd had it to long so I fixed it and went on. Verizon calls some time later with one time no activition fee add another phone blah blah blah for 9.95 a month same minutes and on and on and on.
So as time goes by my phone quits again so having had this phone for a long time I call try to get verizon to replace or upgrade my not without new contract blah blah blah on and on so I shut it off my phone do it in writing and call they hung up on the phone the one lady was named Portia put me in touch someone else she is the one that acted like I HAD SHOT HER CAT AND HUNG UP well this goes on and on after the second letter they are still billing me for the phone I couldn't use.
So I called which if nothing comes out of this you should write them and register it in the mail it is a shame but they send to school to learn how to lie I really think this is the way it is. Any way we stopped the other phone wrote a letter so on so on this time we shot the dog I don't have all day because it will take that long as slow as I 'm going. Tom
