I traded a tractor in 2003. Same brand and was ripped off by not receiving the front end loader that was suppose to have been with the tractor that I received. I confronted the manager about it and he swore that I did not request the front end loader on the new tractor. I objected and told him that the front end loader on the old tractor was going with it and I was to recieve a new loader on the new tractor and that is as far as it went.
At the beginning of the first tractor I was asked if I was a farmer. I informed the sales manager that I was a hobby farmer and that I had not used it for a number of years and that I did not think my number was no longer in use. His personell filled out the sales paperwork and had me as a farmer. I now have recieved information from the state auditors that I owe $1660.14 state sales tax. This goes back to 2003 with interest.
