Other than filing a complaint with Alibaba.com? I would like a refund because I ordered a tractor and front end loader in Feb. 2011 but it has never been shipped.
Posted on 09-06 13:21It has now been 2 weeks since I was promised a refund and was told it would take about a week to arrange. The sales rep for Yancheng Foreign Trade Corp. Ltd has not been honest with me. I was told that the tractor would be shipped within 30 days that was almost 5 months ago. I was told that the tractor was ready for shippment on April 22, it is now July 12 and shipping was never arranged now I am being promised a refund that would be arranged within one week and it has been 2 weeks. They don't answer e-mails.
