File a simple claim for a broke table-leg. Conformed EXACTLY to what the plan called for. GUARDSMAN immediately denied the claim, citing "Your plan does not cover the type of stain / damage reported." It ABSOLUTELY does cover it and DOES NOT meet any of the exclusions in the contract.
FINGER's furniture response is to say, "Well we just sell it."
WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS - Now that I've seen all the usacomplaints. Coms, I figure they are ripping off thousands!!! I'm sending letters to the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Division and the local media.
We'll see who has the last word. The last time someone ripped me off—the local media Fox 26 News ran a story on them, on prime time news—they subsequently went out of business.
