I called four times over a 4 month span and spoke with Michelle, Dawn, Marie and finally the Manager Priscilla. I requested cancellation and each time I was told there were no notes in my file. Three of these times I spoke with a Manager.
To begin with I had a credit balance of around $300. They had misapplied my payment and sent a second bill which was paid. The credit balance soon dwindled down to $131 because they continued to bill me each month they refused to cancel my service. I was actually told by Priscilla that they don't give refunds, and won't list a forwarding number. I said to her I thought their business practice was unethical and misrepresenting and I would contact the Better Business Bureau
(which I did) if I did not get satisfaction. She said "GO AHEAD"
