Tax Relief Network
Completely Ripped off by Tax Relief Network and now in worse shape than ever wondering what is the recourse do the consumers who believed in them have to get our money back to start over again?

We paid the Tax Relief Network $3,000 to settle with the IRS with and Offer in Compromise. I was so confident with them, I started with Ann Pham and was so impressed with her professionalism and dedication. I am just sick today after finally going on the website to find this website and confirm that my suspension was true.

I received an email on November 1 from a new person by the name of Nayeli Perez asking that I send her documentation so that they could proceed with the case. On November 2 I faxed over as much of the requested doc's to her. I never received any confirmation from her by phone or email. Finally, this week I emailed her and tryed to call her but only got that the her voicemail box was full and the emails I sent were returned to me stating this mailbox did not exist. I was just sick but today I am devastated with worry and so disgusted that a company could do this and not to the noble thing by returning people their hard earned money that they worked so hard to get to this company. The CEO will recover, most of us will not. I could care less if he only worked for $300 a week, we also did our best to make sure our payments to them were made and in the bank when they withdrew the money electronically. I don't want to hear about his pity when he left us all hanging and will not return our money.

Today, I am just lost, wondering what recourse to we have and how now am I going to deal with the IRS when my case was just in process after 3 years of waiting for it to finalize. I was asked over and over again for the same documentation but I was so sure this outfit was legitimate that I never questioned.
