TRN Has filed Bankruptcy, My Case was never resolved and I was not notified San Diego

I just found out, while trying to update TAX Relief Network, that they cannot respond to email. They have filed bankruptcy and I am left with a totally unresolved case. I have no idea what to do at this point. I paid them in good faith and now I am still left with all the penalties and debt. Any assistance would be welcome.
