John hibner-was suppose to tell child support, that I payed, —through vetreans, disabilty-instead&I have to pay a hundred a month out of my S.S. I&and my son is 33years old&I have steve levy-of long island—looking in 2 it&governor—of new york-wrote me back, -this started in 1977—i did not get vetreans disablity till 1982&I payed child support-now i can;t get a lic. To drive, a passport. Or buy a house in new york
