I wanted to file a complaint of the state dicrimination against single parents that are male. I have full custody of my children and the mother has never paid child support over a year almost 2 years now. I have another child support case where i pay child support for a daughter that I have with another person and if I miss 1 payment I get sent a letter to my house stating the child support will cancel my drivers license and a warrant will be issued for my arrest. I was even aressted for oweing a month. This woman has gone over a year and a half in not paying child support and she travel to Dominican Republic and she is still able to drive. This is discrimination by the state. Should I be looking into getting a lawyer to sue the state for discrimination against male single parents? I have file a violation enfourcement against the mother and still she goes without paying. She owes over 10,000 as of this week.
