Aarons Sales and Lease Ownership is definitely a ripoff! We purchased a Dell computer in September with the understanding that we would get a "free printer".
Here it is a year later and no printer. First, Scott, one of the managers, stated that the free printers were running behind. Second, the printers were going to be shipped in February. Third, we are still waiting on a call from the manager, Mike. We are down to the last payment, which I am holding.
They are saying that they never had the promotion and that we are lying, but it was a promotion from Dell, etc. In the meantime, they are offering us a used printer from their office. So who is lying?
They are very rude and unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes of bringing attention to this matter. So folks, beware!
Aarons definitely deserves a spot on RIP OFF.
