Second all-in-one printer worked only two days in three weeks

I had a 966 aio printer that I had issues with Dell over the printer working. Then a few weeks ago I was dumb enough to get another and it has worked two days in three weeks! Their printers are crap and i would not recommend one to anyone. It is mainly software issues and i have also been on the phone for 6 plus hours trying to get the thing to work.
