My carpet is only 4 years old, no one is allowed to wear shoes on it. So, accept for one trouble spot in front of my computer desk and a couple other areas that are slightly more dirty then the rest of the rug in front of our couch/love seat, my carpet is relatively clean.
The tech didn't do anything special that I couldn't have done myself by renting a machine, accept that by doing it myself the rug would be a lot cleaner!
He told me what to do to clean the spot in front of the desk and I got on my hands and knees and got up the dirt, wasn't his machine supposed to do that? It was just ordinary dirt. Well it didn't!
The carpet was supposed to be dry in 4 to 8 hours, it wasn't! It was very wet after he left and took close to 24 hours to dry! Even though I turned my air conditioner and ceiling fan on (as per his instructions).
I received a follow-up call the next day and I explained my dissatisfaction to the caller. She said she would send someone out to redo the job. Why would I want to go through that again?
I will NEVER use this company again!!!
