The Pasadena Post office is the worst in America. It got so bad that I had to take down my mailbox. I would never get my mail and always got neighbors mail. Finally, I had them hold my mail at the post office and still they would just give my mail to my neighbors. I have complained many times and just get told that it is a new carrier or the bins where they sort the mail are too small. We used to have a very tiny post office (1/4) the size of PPO and never had any problems. Ever since they opened up this huge post office, I cannot receive any mail at my home like a normal tax paying citizen of the US. I have now had to resort to paying $60 a year for a Post Office Box. I've have never seen anyone screw up the mail as bad as they have. If you live in Pasadena, and have had similar problems (guarantee that you have) then please post them here. I have filed complaints with the main post office and no one seems to do anything. I have spoken to several people in Pasadena and ALL have had problems with this PO from one time or another.
