I purchased the Sprint phone on Sept 30 from Radio Shack and Radio Shack informed me that I had to contact Sprint for their insurance coverage. I contacted Sprint on the next day, Oct 1 and because my husband (this was his phone) only used the phone that morning (10:00 according to Sprint investigators) the contract was no good.
On Monday (Oct 2) around 1:00 or so my hubby called and said he put the phone in his desk drawer and it was taken from while he was in a meeting (he was away for about 90 minutes. I tried calling the number but of course no one answered. I immediately called sprint and reported this theft. Customer service took the information and pasted me to the appropriate contractor/investigators. We were sent papers to notorize and return as required.
On Oct 11 the Sprint contractor/investigators came to the conclusion that the phone was lost before I called for the warranty and I am lying and they will not replace the phone. I went crazy with talking to these people who were sounding like complete idiots to me. I have been an outstanding member of Sprint for over three years and have not one but four lines with these fools. I will not be with them when my contract ends. They are a big pile of Sh. T and their lines are always dropping but I am stuck with a two year contract and don't know what to do.
I would not recommend Sprint to anyone but will let the world know what a big piece of trash they are. How dare they insult us with such garbage as if we were not long time paying customers that they never received a late payment form. Garbage is what they are garbage.
