On October 25 our company was contacted by Tasha and Raquel from ADS Enterprise. We were told that for a DISCOUNTED price of $854.55 they would send out 500 advertisement emergency guides throughout the valley of Mesa, Az.
We were told they were working with the Mesa Chamber of Commerce and we were sent a copy of two different types of guides they made so we could send them our proof and decide which type we wanted to use. I paid for this in full and received a receipt on October 26.
I didn't start calling anybody from this company until February when I realized that March is when the emergency guides were supposed to be distributed and I had never received back my proof to be sure everything was correct. They eventually took care of this and I was told that the mailings got pushed out to May because a few of the other companie advertising with them were running behind on getting their proofs finished.
In May I was told it would be June, in June I was told July, etc. Etc. The second week of September I finally was able to talk to somebody named Misty Stein who told me that she was new to the company and they had a few complaints, but she would talk to her boss to see what she could do. The following morning she called and told me she would be sending me 500 additional guides free of charge on top of the ones that were already to be mailed out.
At this point I took another look at my receipt and realized that my office manager spoke to Misty on 11/08 regarding my invoice - which of course I concluded that Misty was indeed working for the company all along.
To date I have left several phone messages, because it is impossible to get anybody to actually answer the phone number I have 877-996-6611. I tried ext 322, because she told me this was her personal extension and I could work with her directly at this point. That extension does not exist.
I have since put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and found several complaints the web of people like me who unfortunately seem to have been scammed by this company. I personally am willing to go on tv, get together with other people who have been scammed and do whatever it takes to recover my lost money and be sure more people are not taken advantage of.
I emailed ADS Enterprise regarding my complaint and wanting a full refund, and copied the BBB. I asked for a read receipt, but of course their company doesn't have such a thing. I hope we are all able to get together and get back the money that is rightfully ours.
