We ordered Dish for 9.00, free instulation found out differently would not remove system. Complained to Company. Company decided to charge 3months in advance. We stopped using system and told company to cancell. Company accessed checking acct without prior permission.
Removed 300.00 dollars from acct. Contacted Company was informed they could remove money from my acct anytime they wanted without my consent and hung up. Returned equipment company credited my acct with 199.00 the rest of the money they kept.
Dish Network stated that money was used as payments. Please note during this time Dish Network cashed two checks I had sent for $50.00 each in a two day span and within the time span illigal withdrawls were also made. I was then sent a final bill for $68.00 and was threatened with Collections if not paid.
As of this day Dish Network owes me 217.00 which was taken from me illigally or through harrassment.
