They automatically withdrew $63 dollars out of my mothers checking account without her authorization

My mother is disabled and on social security. I am on her checking account and have internet access to view her account. She recieved a letter from the bank yesterday stating she was overdrawn with bounced checks and associated fees and charges. I checked her account online, all of her withdrawals had a check number beside it (she has no debit card) except for an entry from Synapse Magazine on 10/2 for $63 dollars. I asked her if she ordered any magazines, was solicited by anyone on the telephone, or gave anyone her bank routing number from the bottom of her check. To all she said no. I suspected she was "slamed" by someone so I entered the name on Google and came up with your web site. Thank you for the information.
