These magazines were automatically renewed w/o my consent/knowing on my popular bank card. And several charges were taken from my acct. W/o my authorization. I called right away when i got my bank statement and cancelled all of the magazines (men's health/time mag/sports illustrated/reader's digest). I received cancellation cfm no.# 176304366 and still have not received my money back to my account. The call is automated and there is no one to rectify the situation. The first call was placed on aug. 3rd and the second call was today oct. 17th to no avail. I did not want them and i want my money back. The description on my bank statement is: pos purchase. Merchant purchase terminal 55432862 twx*w8hnew* name of mag here - 877-645-6-ny. All subtractions on my account read the same except for name of magazine! That's how i know it from the same agency - synapse. I also called the magazine companies directly and they verified synapse as the one receiving and taking the money... Not them! They gave me these numbers to call to cancel. Please help. I am upset and frustrated since i can't talk to someone live. The account shows cancelled aug. 3. But, no money refunded/returned to me. Please resolve this matter for me. Thanking you in advance.
