Sprint employee unfair retaliation after customer files valid complaint on him ripoff san antonio texas

Long term sprint customer is refused service at local sprint store after filing a legitimate complaint on store's Assistant Manager. POLICE INVOLVMENT! Yes indeed POLICE.

I have been with Sprint since 1998 and contact fee since 2000. My experience with a 6 month long nightmare is now OVER THE TOP. Sprint seriously has inappropriate and unfair customer service operational issues.

Have I been scammed or what? In May of 06, Sprint convinced me to signup for another two year contract and promised to provide me with a brand new top of the line free A 900 phone along with a free blue tooth. Sounds great hey? Well, think again.

For some reason Sprint keeps sending me BRAND NEW DEFECTIVE A900 cellular phones. I suspect they are doing is intentional as the A 900M is now on the market. FYI A 900M is the same as the A900 but the kinks have been worked out. None of the phones I receive function properly with Blue Tooth and the phone book shuffles names and phone numbers of people stored in the phone book. One would think a company of this size would have affective protocol to remedy this situation is a reasonable amount of time. Guess again.

I arrived at my local Sprint store to have a diagnosis completed to prove that the second A 900 I received is defective as the first A 900 I received.in addition I requested a phone book transfer into the third A 900 and a diagnostic complete prior to leaving the store. This is a service the store is supposed to provide to customers and indeed I am a Sprint customer. So what the problem?

This is what happened when i went to my local sprint store

I ended up dealing with an Assistant Manager who I had previously filed a valid complaint on. This AM decided to RETALIATE. He told his staff to let customers skip me and denied me service of diagnostics and phone book swap. When I told him that corporate instructed me to complete those procedures at my local Sprint store he said "This is my store, I make the rules, if you DO NOT LEAVE, I AM CALLING THE POLICE and telling them you are trespassing."

Of course I was NOT TRESPASSING. I am a Sprint customer who is under contract and following the directives of the Sprint corporate office with sincere attempts to end a 6 month long nightmare.

The police arrived, my husband and I politely vacated the store with three police officers who stated... Any place of business has the right to refuse service for any reason whatsoever. We were further were instructed if we felt we have been discriminated against or feel Sprint has breached a contract that we should deal with the corporate office or file a civil suit.

Of course I am now dealing with the corporate office. Their remedy is for me to return to the store I had been banned from.

Since May of 06, I have logged and documented close to 200 hours with customer service and various departments of Sprint, made 8 visits to Sprint stores and dealt with 3 police officers and still have no diagnosis and no phone book swap.

No that it matters but I am disabled with MS, hence the importance of my cellular device working properly. I am homebound much of the time unless I am with my husband or daughter. I am often dependent on my husband for transportation.

I fear going into the store in the event I run into that retaliatory Assistant Manager who is nothing less than a loose cannon. Plus corporate is not cooperating with me at all. They will not even give me the name of the Manager or District Manager of said store so I can meet with them to file an in person complaint on said Assistant Manager.

Please note I have researched the store managers name on my own and left 5 messages to return my call. My requests have been ignored.

SHAME ON SPRINT - NEXTELL this is in no way shape or form customer service, more so as Clarke Howard would say "Customer NO Service"

I was once satisfied to be a Sprint customer. Now I am nothing other than a Sprint Victim.

If anyone knows a way for me to receive the respectful customer care for which I deserve, please reply to my plea for your suggestions. From the moment I left the store I suffered a seizure and since that day, I have only been able to sleep 2 hours per night. This situation is very stressful and taking it's tole on my health. This magnitude of stress onsets my symptoms. My husband is a business professional and I am the only individual who can dedicate a gross amount of time in attempts to resolve this unbearable situation.
