Didn't think I had anything to lose with their Complete Happiness policy they offer.
Bought the phone at Warehouse Records for $100.00. Activated the service on line and was not happy with the service, could not get voicemail to work, missed messages. Called customer service and they could not answer my questions. Basically was told that they were a new company and had not worked out the bugs yet. I canceled the service after 3 days. Was told No problem. Told them I bought the phone from Warehouse and they said they would send me a return authorization label to send the phone to them for a refund because it could not be returned to Warehouse because it had been opened. Helio has a 30 day satisfaction return policy. Told them I got a bill for $135.00 and the guy told me to disregard the charges. After 28 days I got the return label and sent them the phone expecting a refund check for the $100.00. Got another bill stating that I owe $113.54 from last months charges and $11.62 for this month.in the payment box it states credit of $101.04 which means they kept my refund check to pay for 3 days of service when I was told to disregard the charges. The original plan was only $65.00 a month. I canceled the service AFTER 3 DAYS!
They still want $24.12 payment. And the charge for the phone is still on my credit card. This company is a complete ripoff.
