Claims company holds monopoly on correctional institution phone service

You own approximately 90% of all phone use in correctional institution. That is a monopoly and a violation of the United States law. Your company is unconstitutional and filled with corruption. I am reporting these facts to the Nevada state attorney office, FCC, as well as my congressman. And lastly I want to no who owns evercom.
