I signed up with Columbia House and I was supposed to receive an e-mail from them letting me know that my account was activated and give me more information. I waited and didn't get anything after a week. I sent them an e-mail (considering that is the only way that you can communicate with anyone) and they told me that I have to re-submitt my order. So I did. I e-mailed them again to find out the status of that order. What did they tell me, that I had to go on-line again an re-submitt the order. I have been going through this for 2 weeks now. ALl that I have asked them was what the status of my account was. All they gave me was a bunch of B.S.in turn I have gone on-line 5 times and submitted my request.
If they send me my movies, they will be out of money because I am NOT going to pay them for any of it. They are going to loose money because of me. They can't run a business like this. There are no phone numbers to call to speak to anyone live. It is all through e-mail A company can't be ran like this. I filed a complaint with the BBB and now you guys. I just want status of my order or my product. I have come to the conclusion that they do nothing but rip people off.
