Hi All. I am another victim of GamePal. Placed an order on 12-17-07, and since then it has been nothing but one big run around.
Placed an made4play order for WoW, they said that I would be contacted in a few days which I was not went to live support asked what the status was got the you need to e-mail accts msg, which I did. Got an e-mail from GamePal saying that I would get an update in 10 days, again nothing.
In January I was checking my order status on the Gamepal web site when I noticed that they were saying they were backed up on the made4play accts, okay I can understand that so I send a e-mail trying to get some kind of status as to a new time frame for my order, and yes I got no response
In February I sent a few more e-mails no response. On March 7 I sent a e-mail asking for a full refund due to the lack of any information or answers to my e-mails. I got a e-mail from Mark in accounts stateing that my order could not be filled and was offered a pre-made account. I listed 3 accounts that I would like as I was told to do and sent it to Mark. As of March 14 I have had no reply to the e-mails that I have sent asking status.
From what I see by researching this company on line, is that they have scammed quite a lot of people out of a large sum of money. Hopefully with enough complaints something will be done.
