Placed an order for hair care product, credit card was charged. On 12/10 sent an e-mail for the status of the order, also received the long two page e-mail about their rights and about how they would charge $50-$100 if we tried to take legal action against the company. Did not receive the order status within the 24-72 hours as indicated on their "legal" e-mail. Sent another order status update e-mail tonight - then I went looking for complaints on internet - wish I would have done that before we placed the order.
