PhatCampus.com Customer Service is Terrible or Non-Existent, Shipping takes forever, Cancellations without Notice Ripoff

I normally don't take the time to report bad businesses, but phatcampus.com is terrible. I contacted them by email twice and by phone twice. I put in an order on 08/24/06 and 11 days later my order still doesn't have any tracking information for my textbook purchase.
