I ordered a book on 8/27/06; charged to my Visa on 8/28/06. Website never indicated shipping information, no response to several e-mails, and voice-mail on toll free number indicated "mailbox full" on several call attempts. Needed book immediately, therefore cancelled order on 8/30/06 due to no response. Ups attempted delivery on 8/31/06; I refused. Phatcampus (Phatcampus advised me of shipping information later the same day. They have issued $3.60 ($8.38 difference) to my charge card. I am currently disputing and am suppling credit card company with copies of all e-mail communicaitons.
