Overbilling ripoff nationwide

Cell One has been overbilling me for God knows how long. Could be as long as 2004. I finally caught this in July and they credited my account for the month. Then I went through my past 12 bills online and found more overcharges.

They are billing me for mobile to mobile, and cell one customer to cell one customer calls. These are free on my plan. They refuse to go back and credit me for all the months I overpaid them. I did get some credit, but they state that they only have to go back 30 days. I want credit since 2004. I have reported this to the attorney general and am waiting for the outcome.

I have to go through my monthly bill with a fine tooth comb to make sure they arent overcharging me, and thats pretty bad. Doesnt say much for thier quality control.By the way, they did it again this month and after complaining, I got a credit.

They are basically stealing from the customer, and getting away with it. I'm sure this is happening to alot of other customers who are assuming that their bill is always correct because it should be. They definitely dont care if the customer is satisfied. The attitude is "too bad-sucks to be you."
