Gov/opa/01/cmsjudgment.htm Also the companies Robert represents like Xenex can be reported to Visa and Mastercard because they are not making Robert Derthick follow Visa / Mastercard regulations as far as marketing and business practicess for an ISO (indepentent sales office). I used to work for Robert Derthick and A & A Processing, he needs to be put in jail. There are MANY merchnats / business owners who have been cheated by him.
