I Was scammed too!
I trusted Robert Derthick when he told me there were no contracts.
With in 2 months of being A&A customer, I wanted out!
My customers were being overcharged and my phone started ringing off the hook.
(example: ticket shows a $60.00 transaction, but $70.00 came out of there account)
Bob was so prompt in getting my business, but now that he has it, & I need answers not only for myself but for my customers, BOB is nowhere to be found. He was avoiding all my calls! This was quickly hurting my business!
When I tried to cancel, it was to my surprise I was locked into a four year contract!
This company was inconviencing me & my customers,
He was fully aware I was choosing his company because they had no contracts.
I would never recommend this company or Robert to anyone! I'm still paying for it after 3 years!
