Integrated Lawn was recommended to me by a neighbor (who recently cancelled their services as well). They made big promises of "repairing" my Lawn when my lawn was not really all that bad. They found fault with a lot of things and gave me bogus instructions of how to water. I have gone all summer with a semi green lawn that I have not had to mow because it is not growing!
With each treatment their so called technicians gave me a different story as to why my lawn was not growing. Their original "Consultant" told us many things that where completely contradicted in their news letter. When contacting Tim, the owner of this company, he absolutly refused to budge on my bill for the treatments and claimed he new nothing about the complaints we where telling to his technicians. Furthermore on my second treatment his tech told me they where using an "experimental" fertilizer.
After a phone call with the owner Tim, I got no where. He offered to come out and "assess" the problem but ONLY if I stayed on their 37.00 a visit program. I dont want these folks anywhere near my lawn now! Why would I agree to that.
