Back in January i call nextel to cancel my phones, because the service was bad and my phones didn't work right, when i called them they talked me into 2 new phones, free of charge.
Nextel wanted my business so bad they would do anything to keep me, i didn't know i had a contract with them until august when i called to cancel again.
I signed a new contract with verizon, thats when i called to cancel again, and thats when i learned of this contract with them, I had no idea i even had one.
Just like a wind tunnel, GOT SUCKED RIGHT IN, i can't believe anyone can do that, its totally wrong, they should state that when they talk to you.
They said if i canceled it would be $200.00 per phone thats $400.00 to cancel because i have a contract for 2 years i told them i never signed a contract.
They never said anything about a 2 year agreement on the phone, if that was the case i would of told them to forget everything i thought my phones were out of date sense they were a few years old.
I thought maybe getting new phone they offered would of got better service but that was not the case. Im very disappointed in all of this,
Im thinking about paying them off just to get rid of them period, it makes me sick just thinking about it, no wonder why they merged with sprint.
They couldn't do it on their own if they sign you up with a new contract then that would keep them in business, with all the contract money.
