Bad Service. Not recommend to everyone Milpitas Nationwide

I subscribed to Direct TV communication service through BCK and and customer service was good when you are opening an account with them. I was scheduled to wait for more than a week for my satellite connections and an e-mail confirmation has been made on August 18 between 8-12. My wife has waited until past 12NN to call them what happened. The customer service has let me know that the guy who was sent out was not experienced to do the installation for some reasons and we only get their phone call after we have made the call. We asked them if we can re-schedule the earliest possible time before the coming week beacause we will not be available the coming week. We were put into hold more than 30 MINUTES each time we call them (5 times or more!!!) and nobody would answer and bother giving us the right answer; and finally, I got someone to give me an answer without holding and that I have to call them again to follow up on my re-installation schedule. I called them and spoke to Natalie, and I was informed that I was scheduled 'till September 11. (1) ONE MONTH to get my satellite TV &It is ok if I live in Antartica I would understand but we're in Silicon Valley, California center of world's technology!!! I have to cancel my order and find someone else. I hope that you dont experience this kind of service specially if you have kids who wants some fun time of their own.
