On 2/22/01 and 3/27/01 I received a gift certificates for merchandise that I returned to Essence By Mail in the amount of $191.31.
Several attempts have been made to contact this company to no avail. I've been unable to reach them by mail or phone.
I think that it is a d* shame that this company has been allowed to treat their customers in this manner.
All I want is my money back at this point and I will never order anything from Essence again.
