How bogus can they get. Please do not order from the Youthful Essence website. Their "customer service" email is fake and tells you it does not recognize your email address even though they email you back that they have received your order. Therefore, you cannot cancel your subscription with them..
I had to forward my cancellation through a confirmation email that was sent to me when I ordered only to be emailed back that they would contact me in 3 to 5 business days. WHAT? So I contacted my credit card co. And blocked further charges from them and nipped it in the bud.
If something does not fly right, don't take a chance, alert your credit card company. They want you to wait 3 to 5 days so they can stick you with unauthorized charges on your account. Don't be a victim, you have a right to cancel if you are not pleased with the product or for whatever reason, it does not give them the right to rip you off.
Youthful Essence is just another cheap infommercial ruse. This is a disgrace!
