I have had unlimited local and long distant service on my phone eery since I have had my phone which has been 6 years. Well, now all of a sudden I am charged 130 bucks for long distant calls. WHAT!!! I am suppose t be able to call ANYWHERE in the US and pay a flat rate. Well, I have picked up the phone and called them and so far I have been on hold for 1 hour. This place NEEDS to be closed down or either ran by a different company. I literally HATE AT&T. They are a bunch of scam artisits if you ask me.
