MediaCom of Albany Georgia should have never entered into the world of high speed internet and telephone services charging what they call a great deal when in actuality is fraud.
They will send technicians out to your home so many times that you think they really know what they are doing. They do not have a clue of how to repair a telephone and to keep your internet services available for more than thirty minutes. On a good day I would have services for four (4) hours.
We paid our bill because we were trying to start a home run business that because of telephone failures and internet interruptions our business had to stall for the moment. We paid tremendous cell phone bills because of their (MediaCom) terrrible services. We are praying that someone will adhere to this report and do something about this because they only gave us credit for losing two hours of service overall (HA)!
This company is a joke and we are not the only ones upset. The great deal of cable, telephone and high speed internet is not great for me it was great for them. The cable is the only thing worth the risk and it needs updating for the price they charge.
