This is one big ripoff company. Being the customer for 5 1/2 yrs mean nothing to them. We bought a new home that already come with monitor service so we cancel their service in april and again in june. So far they refuse my cancellation casue it not in writting and pluse they still have to charge me for teh services till the end of october. Their reason is that they automatic renew my contract every year if i dont cancel it. Why didnt they imform me that my service been renew since i only singn up for six months? This compnay send out sale rep... To fool homeowner to get service for cheap and cancel anytime but they never said it automatic renew. This is the last time i ever deal with this company again including my business service too. Beware of this company.
