We hired Lindelle because my nephew used them at his wedding and I was impressed with the professionalism the photographer showed during the event. Well, that's where the professionalism stops and starts.

We chose the $2299 package. For that we were to get a 70 pose album and 2 parent books with 20 poses in each book. From the beginning, as soon as I met the photographer, I had a very uncomfortable feeling. My intuition was dead on!

I was very upset when I got my proofs. The first 6 pictures I looked at were useless, unprofessional, poorly taken pictures.

Long story short, we had no shots of our first dance. No shots of the introductions. No shots of the toasts. (which by the way my 2 children gave wonderful, very emotional and pricelss speeches) No shots of the receiving line. No shots of my husbands family, with the exception of his father and stepmother and stepsisters. No shots of our close friends. If we were lucky, we could see some of them in the background of other shots.

We had only 1, count them, 1, picture of our wedding cake that was taken so far away it looks like a cupcake.

The thing is this. We know for a fact he took all those pictures. He stopped us 4 or 5 times to take pics of the first dance. So where are they?

We had a total of 170 pictures. 16 are completely useless. That brings us to 154. Our album holds 70 photos and the combined parents are 40 photos. So, we have to pick 110 pictures from the group of 160. The thing is, you can't have any duplicates in the albums. Any pictures that are duplicate are an extra fee of $20 PER PICTURE!!! We weren't given much to choose from.

I believe those missing pictures were purposely removed so we wouldn't have enough to choose from and they could bilk more money out of us. The $2300 we already paid wasn't enough.

Their customer service is horrible. When my husband finally got through to someone - after leaving messages everyday for a week -explaining our disatisfaction they said, "that happens sometimes. What are you going to do?" My husband then said, "What are YOU going to do?" They won't discuss compensation with us and now their saying we have to have our choices in by the end of July or they are going to charge us $300 for taking too long with the pictures. Huh?

The only thing they said they would do for us is, if our friends or family took any of those "missing shots" they would gladly put them into our album for free. Are you kidding me? Those disposable camera looking pictures should blend nicely with the professional ones. NOT.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I think they take advantage of the fact that they hold all the cards - or pictures as the case may be - and we have no choice but to be bullied into purchasing more.
