I canceled my BellSouth DSL service at the end of August. However, BellSouth still charged me for the next three months. I have been calling them each month to get my money back. I always get the same answer "we will credit it to you next month". It has been six months already. I haven't get my money back yet. Each time I called them they put me on hold for more than half an hour.
If you consider subscribing BellSouth DSL service, be careful. They will not credit what they overcharge.
