My problem is not with billing but they are ignoring me just the same. I have found numerous problems with the menus, downloaded information, system lock ups, loss of audio or loss of video, numerous times where Ihad to crawl onthe floor to find the power line to unplug it to reset the receiver.
I stopped calling since they my problems don't fit their categories and they get all confused. I get tranferred and have to explain it all over again, have to enter my account number many times in the call, placed on hold for 10s of minutes, have to follow those idtio phone keypad menus, you know the rest.
To date I cave sent then 25 E-mail messages reflecting 32 incidents that include the time and date of the problem. Although several are duplicate problems, there are many problems that they simply will not acknowledge.
They did send me a replacement but it is marked as refurbished and now I have a lot of new problems.
I would like to know who else has receiver box problems and would like to share my list.
