Ripoff! 108 degrees outside, 92 degrees inside lots of lies still no A/C

I've been trying to get First American Home Buyers (AHB) to repair my air conditioner for over three weeks. The contractor they sent to my house gave me a copy of his report stateing the unit was 27 to 30 years old and it was beyond repair... Sounds straight forward enough. That was three weeks ago and it's 11:10PM and 91 degrees inside my house. I live in the Central Valley of Ca. The forcast temps for the next week are 105 to 112. I think my next move will be the consumer fraud show on the CBS station in Fresno and a stop at Century 21 since they made a commission on the policy.
