I had Hughes net for one week and I had internet access for less than one hour. This was approximately one year ago. After several calls to customer service and technicians who blamed me I spoke with a manager after being put on hold for 30 minutes or more several times. Crystal was beligerent and less than helpful. She hung up on me on more than one occasion.in the end she agreed that I would not be charged if I sent the equipment back. I said that someone would have to come and remove the sattelite from the roof. She refused saying that they don't need the sattelite just a little box on the sattelite. I still have their dish on my roof and they charged me $300. Now my name has been sent to a collection agency and the credit bureau. Hughes net ruined my credit and damaged my roof.
