I ordered 2 books in June and paid through PayPal.By the time I realized I wasn't going to get my books it was too late to get a refund through PayPal.
I never received the books or my money back from Jeff Humphrey either. It states on Voicesnet to send a SASE and a refund would be given.
I did this and heard nothing. I tried calling and the phone had been disconnected. Tried contacting through email at least 15 times and not a word was written back from Jeff Humphrey Founder, Contest Director, Executive Editor. I am not impressed!
