On May 17, I ordered two books from the Rigel Corporation titled "The 8051 Cookbook for Assembly and C, with Experiments in Mechatronics and Robotics" for $35.00, and "Programming and Interfacing the 8051 Microcontroller in C and Assembly" for $45.00. They sent me a bill through paypal for $64.50 and I immediately paid them the same day $64.50. After two weeks, I emailed them and they said the printer was late sending the books so I wait awhile longer, then they said they had sent the books and did not know why the books had not been sent, but would check into it. This went on for awhile until I got fed up and contacted paypal since I had taken out insurance, but I had waited too long.
Then I asked for my refund and they acted like they would, but they again gave me the run around and acted like it was paypals fault or the banks. Sometimes they do not respsond and now they won't answer me at all. I filed a report to the better business bureau and notified them of it, but though at first I thought I might get my refund, I still have not received it and it has been almost 2 and 1/2 months since I first ordered and paid for the books. They are not a very good business and they tell false statement to try and get me to forget about it as if I would.
