Sent me damaged goods & tried to pass it off as new, and that's when I tried to send it back because it was damaged. They refused to accept the return/exchange

I have been an excellent client with Elegance Developments for several years. I have never had any issues with discounts/trades.
They sent me a broken hairpiece. While exposed, I really could inform the hair was twisted and online not in position. It had been the incorrect shade for me personally and I delivered it back for an change that we've accomplished often. Once the delivered product was obtained by Beauty Developments, I obtained a phone from their store stating the hairpiece had fragrance or wash smell to it, plus they declined to simply accept the trade.
I called them twice detailing the hairpiece was obtained by me broken, plus they did not trust me and declined trade. They stated "The hairpiece have been delivered in my experience and that I may do what I needed to withit".
By Oct 19, I Have still not obtained the delivered product, however the charge card continues to be compensated.
