InPhonics -as - Cellular Choices -as - whereismyorder. ComInPhonic fake rebate offer - requiring custom forms made unavailable during the narrow rebate period

Nov 21 05 I selected a cell phone through a comparison presented by CellularChoices.com for a Nokia 6256i with Verizon Wireless account offering a $200 rebate if I kept the phone and service for 180 days and applied for the rebate within 30 days. The details were handled by whereismyorder.com and the rebate required custom forms downloaded from the order summary page on the website. The forms were unavailable on the day of purchase, the week after, the month before the 180 day anniversary, and throughout the 30 day application window.

I have 32 emails documenting the failure of InPhonic to provide the forms, all acting as if the problem was to be immediately corrected and politely directing me to use the broken link that was the problem. I made customer service calls to the three different support lines on several occasions and got passed from person to person to person, with every 'escalation' of the complaint resulting in the exact same helpful advice, just go to the website and down load the form. My last reply was that time was up and they no longer owed me the forms or the rebate... It really looks like a sophisticated fraudulent business plan.
